Refund Information and Terms of Sale – Returns

Acceptance of General Terms of Sale

The contract between Lab 2.0 Shop and the customer is considered concluded when the order is accepted by Lab 2.0 Shop, which occurs implicitly.

By placing an order, the customer declares to have read and accepted the general terms of sale and payment conditions.

The terms may be updated at any time and will be valid from the date of publication on the website. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, without stating any reason, according to Italian Consumer Law (D.Lgs. 206/2005).

Return options:

• refund of the returned items
• store credit of equal value, with no expiry date

Return procedure:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to:
info@lab20shop.com

including:

• First and Last Name
• Order number
• Items to return
• Date of delivery

After confirmation, the customer must ship the goods to the address provided by email.

Returns must be sent within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Product conditions

Returned items must be:

• unused and intact
• in original packaging
• with tags and all accessories included
• in “as new” condition

All returns will be inspected. Lab 2.0 Shop reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a reduction if conditions are not met. Items not compliant may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lab 2.0 Shop is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Exclusions from withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sale or outlet items
• discounted products using promotional codes

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, once verified.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit if chosen.

Defective or non-conforming products

Customers may report defective or non-conforming items within 14 days via email.

In such cases, Lab 2.0 Shop will refund:

• product cost
• shipping costs
• return shipping costs

If no defect is found, the customer may choose to have the item returned or accept the non-approval of the return.

Order cancellation or modification

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Liability

Lab 2.0 Shop is not responsible for improper use of products, force majeure, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the order value.

Unavailable products

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and may choose between:

• waiting for restock
• full refund

Service suspension

Lab 2.0 Shop may temporarily suspend services for technical or security reasons without prior notice.
