Shipping policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs amount to €5.00 VAT included for all orders under €75.00.
Shipping is free for orders equal to or above €75.00. The amount will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Times
Products are shipped via express courier and delivery is expected within 4–5 business days from the shipping date. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping details and, when available, the tracking number.
Delivery Address
Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the package. An incorrect address or the absence of the recipient may cause delays or the return of the package to the sender. In such cases, any additional costs for reshipment will be charged to the customer.
Delays or Failed Delivery
Although we strive to meet the indicated delivery times, delays may occur due to external events or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, bad weather, holidays, or courier service disruptions. In such cases, Lab 2.0 cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
If the package cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence or an incorrect address, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. If delivery fails again, the package will be returned to the sender. The customer will be charged for any reshipment costs.
Seller Responsibility
Lab 2.0 is responsible for the goods until the moment of delivery.
Upon receiving the package, if there is visible damage to the packaging, we kindly ask you to accept it with reservation and report the issue immediately to the courier. Without immediate notification, we cannot guarantee coverage for transport-related damages.
For damaged items or products not matching the order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos and the order number. We will promptly handle the return, replacement, or refund according to our terms and conditions.
